With over 25 years of experience in integrated marketing, communications, and creative services, Chip has freelanced with both national and small businesses, including HBO, Jeff Goode Entertainment (Disney Television), and international speaker and author Dr. Karin Anderson-Abrell. His signature approach on branding, marketing, and advertising includes subatomic branding, trilateral marketing, and omni-based advertising, which have garnered award-winning results for clients. In his early career, he freelanced for Universal Music Group in Los Angeles, Brain & Company in Chicago, and Paul Werth Associates, a public relations and marketing firm in Columbus, Ohio.
Essence Marsh
Founder/COO
Essence has over two decades of experience in the industry and is a business powerhouse in Central Ohio. Throughout her career, she has launched and managed successful small businesses in various industries, such as travel, business start-up consulting, preschool education, and cleaning services in central Ohio. Her exceptional skills in business consulting and operations have helped her businesses thrive, even during the pandemic. Marsh's passion and expertise drive her commitment to Boltpoint Media, where she helps small businesses grow and achieve their full potential. Her firsthand experience in launching and operating successful small businesses have given her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that entrepreneurs face.
